Real-time Situational Awareness of Fleets

Accufleet makes it possible to maintain total real-time situational awareness of fleets. Customers are empowered with critical insights and visibility, which allows them to minimize delays and maximize performance.

This fleet management system monitors equipment condition in real-time, capturing the following information:

  • Fuel levels.
  • Engine temperature.
  • Engine run time.
  • Error and warning conditions.
  • Oil life.
  • Oil Pressure.
  • Tire pressure.
  • Moves Completed.

Data can be viewed graphically at either the granular vehicle level or collectively at the fleet level.

  • Analyzing data at the fleet level helps identify systemic bottlenecks and gain insights into causality, whether it be chronological (seasonality, day, or daypart) or event driven (e.g., arrival of a train).
  • Analyzing data at the vehicle level provides productivity visibility, allowing for variances to be identified and addressed.  

Robust Reporting and Recording Functionality

AccuFleet’s configurable dashboard-displayed warnings and alerts (for example, accident or fuel alarms) may also be emailed to responsible terminal staff. Users can modify status and assignment, and custom configure notification thresholds. Systems administrators can designate user access level rights on a need-to-know basis to maximize data security and minimize alert overload. The data can be exported for use in virtually any application including Excel spreadsheets.

Standard Productivity Reports Include

  • Equipment Currently In Use/Idle:
    • Identifies issues such as vehicles in service but not in motion
  • Periodic Lift/Drop Events (per specified time frame):
    • Events per vehicle
    • Average time and distance traveled between events
  • Gap Finder Connectivity Analyzer:
    • Vehicle specific or fleet aggregate:
      • Chronological
      • Positional relative to GPS path
      • Operational outages

How it works:

Mi-Star onboard computers collect critical CHE PLC data telematically or via direct sensor connection and transmit it via radio frequency (RF) connections to the base station server for processing by AccuFleet.
