CHE Fleet Monitoring
Our proprietary AccuFleet™ technology consistently monitors your container handling equipment (CHE) fleet status so you can identify issues proactively, before they impact uptime.
Boost productivity with real time fleet analysis.
AccuFleet allows you to maintain complete, real-time situational awareness of your fleet. Empowered with critical insights and visibility, you can minimize delays and maximize performance.
This fleet management system monitors equipment conditions in real-time, capturing key metrics like fuel levels, engine temperature, engine run time, error and warning conditions, oil life, oil Pressure, tire pressure, and moves completed.
Robust reporting / recording technology
AccuFleet has a customizable dashboard for displaying warnings and alerts, while messages can also be emailed to relevant terminal staff. Users can modify their status and assignments, and even custom-configure their notification thresholds. As for systems administrators, they can designate user access level rights on a need-to-know basis to maximize data security and minimize alert overload. This data can be exported for use in virtually any application, including Excel spreadsheets.
Standard Productivity Reports
Equipment currently in use/idle
- Identifies issues like vehicles in service but not in motion
Periodic lift/drop events (per specified time frame)
- Events per vehicle
- Average time and distance traveled between events
Gap Finder Connectivity Analyzer:
- Vehicle-specific or fleet aggregate:
- Chronological
- Positional relative to GPS path
- Operational outages
How it works
Mi-Star onboard computers collect critical CHE PLC data telemetrically, via direct sensor connection, and transmit it using radio frequency (RF) connections for AccuFleet processing.
State of the Industry
Between rising costs, driver safety, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity, it’s more important than ever for managers to employ innovative solutions to help manage their fleet.
